Master butcher Dean Stockburger arrived from Germany in 1988 with the dream of opening his own German small goods shop in Australia.

The result of his long held dream is Brot and Wurst on Sydney’s northern beaches.

Dean and his family are producing some of the best German small goods in Australia as well as a range of bread and pastries.

Everything is made on sight and the display cabinet is a site to behold.

The Brot and Wurst team are passionate about their business and this is evident in the high quality products they produce.
